My daughter is 20 days old, when she was 3 days she got jaundice. She went through phototherapy treatment for around 1 day for 8-10 hours. When she was born she was fair pink post the therapy she became a shade darker and not regained her color back. Does phototherapy effect skin tone ?

Phototherapy may cause grey-brown skin discoloration due to deposition of photoproducts of bilirubin in skin but this is temporary and will get cleared within few weeks.
