I have been facing photocontact dermititis since two years.I have been consult many dermatologist also regarding this problem..luckily i get out from the problem for somedays..but.the problem again started now..i notice rashes ,crack on skin specially in hand n face..Dermatologist suggested me to apply Topinate cream(Clobetasol)..i applied this cream on the affected area whenever rashes appear on skin..my question is 1 Is Topinate cream safe for skin..?
