Yes I do have acidity reflux. So pan 40 on empty stomach is fine? Will the phlegm go away? Or any congestion relief for this phlegm?

U start with the antacid. Then also take 5 to 10 mins of steam in the morning and evening. It will slowly come out. If it still persists please show it in person in the clinic.
