Phimosis Problem

I have recently found out that I have phimosis and when I'm pulling my foreskin back while erect it hurts and I haven't even seen my glans(head) yet and I'm scared can someone help me out? I cannot opt for circumcision currently I'm stretching my penis when it is not flaccid. Need help
