I have the phimosis condition for the past 3 months. I am on finasteride and zinc tablets for hair loss for the past 5 months.

You can continue your treatment. Phimosis is not beca of that medications. Need to examine to rule out chronic Balanoposthistis. Permanent solution will be circumcision only.
