Is it ok if I take my friend to a general physician for phimosis case? Will he be able to guide him with the medicines? Or should I take him to general surgeon only?? Will surgeon prefer surgery only for his higher payment??and my friend is not confident on his problem whether the problem he is facing is phimosis or not.so which doctor to consult first???
