Foreskin can't be pulled back over the head of the penis. Don't get erection easily and even if it does it isn't thick enough.

foreskin issues and erectile problems are separate ones. If the foreskin is tight, especially during erection, then you need a circumcision. You can try Tab. Tazzle 20mg 1hour prior to the intercourse in empty stomach for achieving good erections
