Im a uncircumsized ., accedintally pulling my skin on my penis and its caused pharapimosis ., Its too pain and everytime i erected its too pain.

If its in pulled back position, swollen and painful paraphymosis  it needs urgent reduction and CIRCUMCISION. Report to surgeon/ Urologist or Plastic Surgeon.
