I hear phantom sounds like gunshots, I’m worried it could be brain tumour, hearing loss, or a phycological problem. My family has a history of early hearing loss and brain cancer , I am 16 years old

You seem to be suffering from tinnitus which may occur because of various reasons such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, tumors etc. You may need to undergo audiological evaluation and MRI or CT of brain for confirmation of diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
