PET CT scan of whole body

Recently my sister was diagnosed with angiosarcoma in her right breast. Her MRI, Ultrasound and PET CT scan results showed that the cancer was not spread to other parts & doctors said nothing to worry. Her PET CT scan report says - "no evidence of distant metastasis is observed" but in the same PET CT it says an increased FDG uptake(Physiological)is seen in Ovaries and bone marrow. What does it mean? Can You clarify it? Currently she has undergone mastectomy.

That’s normal , not because of any disease . Some tissues in our body with high metabolic rate tend to show uptake of the FDG in normal condition . It’s not because of any disease and you don’t need to worry about it .
Next Steps
Since it’s a non metastatic disease , Your further treatment are based on the post operative histopathological report .
