Disease is still persisting, I can’t comment on the on improvement without seeing the previous PET CT / CT scan report .
Ideally this patient should have got a PET CT at the start of treatment to stage the disease and for comparisons .
Your doctor may have done some other imaging at the start of treatment to stage the disease , which actually decides the treatment plan and then had done this to evaluate the response -so without knowing the the initial stage I can’t comment on the response or treatment plan .
Considering this a below diaphragm only disease -complete the treatment with 2 more cycles of chemotherapy ( R- CHOP) followed by radiation , will be the ideal treatment plan .
Deauville score - is a kind of score that we use to say the response of lymphomas - your patient will be having as crore of 4or 5 ( both are suggestive of persistent disease)
