You need to get urself thorough examined by a senior doctor and compare ur pre extraction radiograph with recent radiograph.
There might be some remaining part of tooth or Sharp Bone or infection .or unhealed site .. food lodgement interfering with healing.. impingment of the area by opposing tooth ..
Like this many More reasons can be there..which we need to rule out, before establishing any cause ,and then treating it accordingly.
