Persistent stomach problems

Hello. From last June 2021 (one year now) I have been experiencing multiple issues. I am having sticky oily stool, with lethargy, tiredness, upper stomach pain, throat burning and nausea. All of my test from, endoscopy, colonoscopy, ECG, CT scan and blood works was unable find the reason for my condition. Only thing these report were able to find is that I have low vitamin D (9.42 ng/ml) and slight low in hemoglobin. Please help I am even taking antidepressants to help me through this

At the age of 26 if you have so many problems and you have had all investigations done, you should continue with your treatment with the Psychiatrist.

You have gastroesophageal reflux disease. You need life style modification. Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid outside food. Avoid processed foods. Avoid packed foods. Avoid over eating. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Go for morning and evening walks everyday. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Add roughage to your diet. Add probiotics to your diet. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid over thinking. Avoid unnecessary stress. Take proton pump inhibitor for few days. Rest is up to you.
