Persistent itchy rashes in groin area

I have these highly itchy rashes in my inner thighs and groin area from a month or so. I appiled dettol but it did not stop from spreading. It started on the right side first and in the past week it has spread to the scrotum region and the left inner thigh as well. The rashes appear like circles and have some water in them as well. Kindly help

It is fungal infection. Take antifungal therapy. Start Cap Itralase 200 1-0-0. Use Tab Grisovin-Fp 1-0-1, Tab L Dio 1-0-1, Oit Luliclin for ext app and candid dusting powder. Continue these medications for 1_2 months and consult near by doctor.
