Persistent headache after infection

I was diagnosed with tonsillitis infection last week and was on Augmentin for the same. Throat is much better now and fever is down too. However, I have this persistent headache and I am quite low on energy. my energy levels have gone down. Please suggest something.

Headache can occur due to many reasons.. need to be evaluated for sinusitis/migraine/tension headache.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
