Persistent Ear pain

While clearing the ear with a ear bud, ear started paining suddenly . She applied dewax ear drops after which the pain aggravated a lot. It has been nearly 15days now but the pain still exists. There is a sensation of some sort of liquid being stuck inside the ear. Please suggest.
