Hi this is for my brother. He is 24 yrs . He has cough problem from last 18 months. We recently visited nearest socialist hospital and done CT Scan for thorax and all other test but we have not found anything troublesom. Every report is all fine. But still he has this cough issue. Please advise what we should do??

Is it dry cough or productive cough. It may be due to allergy. If it's dry cough take Syrup Dilosyn 10 ml two times a day for seven days. Take tablet acetylcysteine 600mg three times a day for a week. After one week take tablet montelukast lc for one month.
