I have two mini bird tattoo (less than 1 inch in total) on my neck which i wish to get removed. I wish to know how many sessions would it take to get this done, what time period is needed for those many sessions, how much would it cost me to get this 1 inch tattoo removed and would it leave any scar/discoloration on my neck given that I am wheatish
