I have been suffering from ibs for last 6 months with occasional flare ups of diarrhoea and constipation. i am on allopathy medication colospa x and praxet 12.5. thet have helped calming down the symptoms but occasional troubles are still there. is there any medication that can provide me long term solution for ibs?
