My wife has hypothyroidism due to Hashi motto auto immune system. Is there a permanent cure for this instead of taking supplement She is on 75mg thyronorm for last 7 years.

No. Her body cannot produce thyroid hormone and supplements are the only way to keep the hormone levels normal. Its harmless if taken in the correct dose.
