My periods are prolonged excessive bleeding and clots.. duration is more pain in the back legs and calf muscles

If you think you are having menorrhagia with painful periods do a Urine Pregnancy Test to rule out pregnancy if you have been sexually active. other causes can be fibroid uterus ,ovarian cyst, endometriosis etc
