Usually on my periods bleeding stops on 5th day but i had intercourse on 5th day and still 6th day its bleeding but not heavily. I am afraid is there any damage inside of vagina or its a part of menstruation. Please help me whether to consult doctor or not

It is due to intercourse.Bleeding is light so don't worry it will stop gradually in 1-2 days.If not stop meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.During  period time donot do sex because that time vascularity will be more.
