Sep date of Period start: 29th Sep Oct date of period stat  :  01 Oct Nov date of period start : 04 Nov Dec had sex on Dec 7 around 2pm Took I pill on Dec 10 that is after 67hrs of sex Dec periods still didn't had..

Dates are not looking correct...how can you have periods on 1st Oct just after 29th September You missed your periods in December. Please consult with proper history.
