I have irregular menstruation cycles. please help to know what is the causes ? is there any medicine for help in regulating my periods ?

Yes there are Medications to regularise your periods,but first you need to know the reason for harmonal imbalance as it can be thyroid ,or PCOs for which you need to get ur Thyroid checked and an ultrasound done to clear these doubts.
