I had intercourse with my boyfriend and I missed my periods 4 days ago. My date was on 23-24th april and I don't know what to do. We both want abortion and don't want any of our families to know about this.

1st thing you need to do is be sure about pregnancy or lack of it. Take UPT, with the first urine in the morning. If you have irregular cycles, don't take a test untill you have passed the longest menstrual cycle you usually have. If your cycles range from 30–36 days, the best time to take a test would be days 37 or later.
