I am unmarried 23 years old. I missed my periods for first time. I did pregnancy test at home. It is negative . Other than pregnancy there could be any reasons for missing periods

Lots of reasons . However can't relate to what's in your case. Pls repeat urine pregnancy test at home with early morning first urine sample in case of doubt.; after one week.
