I had intercourse with my wife last month 8 September while her periods was on. And she took unwanted 72 the next day. Its is one month no periods which was supposed to happen on 6th oct took pregnancy test and it was negative. Please help

Irregular period pattern due to  emergency contraception do happen .  History of abnormal periods in past needs to get excluded. Serum beta HCG is advisable.
