I have missed my periods from 7 days.please suggest whether I need to go for pregnancy check or it is too early. I am getting cramps in stomach, back and legs..Is this sign of pregnancy.

Do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy ,it's either a pregnancy symptom or a premenstrual symptom ,test done now will clear of any doubts if there .
