Period can get delayed due to many reasons. Get a urine pregnancy test done if chances of pregnancy is there. Wait for a week or take tablets for withdrawal bleeding

Wait for one more week then consult a gynaecologist for further advice. Do some free hand exercises. Have plenty of fluids. Cut out stress. If your periods remain irregular like this then you might need to do an ultrasound of lower abdomen to see the conditions of your ovary because nowadays PCOD / PCOS is a common issue for every girl due to the sedentary lifestyle we lead. If you are over weight try to cut out calories have less sugar and avoid foods which has more fat content and last but not the least exercise is must.
