Hello I had my uterine polyp removed on 8 March'2025 and now it has been 28 days since polyp removal but still not got my periods. 2 days after  polypectomy surgery I had heavy bleeding which doctor suggested was the periods for March'25. Is it normal to have periods after 2 days of surgery? How long should I wait for my periods?
