I have been having irregular periods since long time. Last month i got my periods after 3-4 and now again this month, my cycle is skipped. Which medicine should I prefer for the regularity of my menstrual cycle?

First consult a gynecologist n find out the cause of your irregular periods, get yourself investigated. Most likely you are having polycystic ovaries. To regulate cycles start OCPs , you need to consult  gynecologist.
