Periods did not happen this Month

Hello Doctor, this month (Aug) my periods did not happen. Last month it appeared on 15th July. I also did a pregnancy test at home but its negative. Could you please suggest what could be the possible reason that the periods did not happen this month.

Too early to know for the cause of missed periods, wait for a few more days, and repeat urine pregnancy test in case the periods don't show up, for any further assistance if needed u may get back to us on a direct paid consult.
