Periods delayed

My 13 years old daughter got periods at age of 12 and half year. This month her periods delayed by 20 days( expected to come on 1st December) but still no periods) suggest.

It takes time for the menstrual pattern to establish. For a few months periods will be irregular.

Having delayed menses for first few years after menarche is normal .but she should at least get her menses at least once in 2 months If she doesn't get her menses in another 1 week you can give her tablets to get her menses

This irregularities happen at menarchy .no problem if the period is delayed .she will get her period
