Periods delayed by 2 weeks .

Is there chances of getting pregnant if we had intercourse 5 days before her periods.she got her last period on Feb 16. she should have gotten her period by March 16 but it's been 2 weeks.test kit shows negative .What might be the reason for this .please advise.
