Periods delayed by 10 days

My periods are delayed by 10 days , had protected sex . Done pregnancy test 3 times and its negative . Have started taking hormonal tab from last 2 days . Any inputs will be helpful ?

If urine pregnancy test is negative then again confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.Negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me.
