Hi Team, I got my first period after abortion on October 20 and till date I am not getting second periods and I was travelling for last two weeks. Doctor advised me to try for pregnancy after two periods. I can't wait. Is it ok to try now? Why I am not getting any period? I am sure I am not pregnant

After an abortion, your lining of uterus need to grow back and it gets shed during your periods If you had either medical or surgical abortion, it takes anywhere 4-8 weeks for your periods to come. If you have been sexually active, do a urine pregnancy test If its negative, i would suggest an ultrasound followed by medication
