Dear dr I got my periods on 31st January, 2026 ..This month I'm having my physical practical I wish to delay my periods ..I don't have any health issues ..my periods are very regular and mostly my periods start 5-6 days prior to my last period date This month I'm not able to make out when to start the tablets as February doesn't have 31st in it Could u please just let me know the date when to start ? Please don't tell to connect online as I can't Thanks 🙏
