I got normal delivery on july 2nd 2022, i had light spotting on and off till 38 days of delivery. Now yesterday i got my periods n bleeding is moderate is that normal.

Yes.It is completely normal.After delivery irregular period are normal because of prolactin hormone secretion in post partum period up to 3 to 6 month.
Next Steps
I advise patient to use some contraceptive method other than OC PILLS after 3 month of delivery.
