Period related problems

I already had a gap in period but now that gap is slowly increasing. Earlier it was 1 month then 2 now it has come to be 4 months but did not come. I used to show a gynecologist, he gave some medicine, I ate it but did not come. can you please tell me why this is happening to me

Get your thyroid levels checked and also do USG to rule out PCOD. Mostly it's PCOD, so start treatment accordingly. Also take tablets to get period.
