I am suffering from irregular Periods recently maine ultrasound karwaya hai jismein right ovary mein simple cysts nikla hai. I suffered from missed abortion in oct 2022. Please suggest mai kya precautions lun isse overcome krne ke liye? Or pregnancy ke liye bhi kya krun? Suggest some medicine and health tips. I m uploading my ultrasound report with you.
