So I'm late on my period and I've been bleeding but it's not much at all and it's not constant either it's hear and there but not a lot and today it's stopped altogether I don't know why or what's wrong

Nothing is wrong Wait for another period. Take lot of drinks. Relax. Take iron and vitamins regularly
