Only  this month i am having my periods 2 times. I haven't taken any birth control medicine or such things. Can you please tell me the reason for this. Thank you

Hvng periods twice s not normal... If the gap between two s 25 days then its normal , but if its less than that, then there can be many reasons to it... most common being thyroid issues ,pcos , hormonal imbalance , fibroid. polyp , pregnancy etc
