My period started 2 January and after 6 days of my period I started excessive exercise and found some spotting(brown colour) again and I consulted a doctor who gave me tablet and my period is again starting 17 January

Hello.well ..We need to know detailed history about this..I also need to know about your menstrual history and if it's the first time something like this has happened....And I presume now you have been given something like pause to stop bleeding...We need to check you for hormonal changes.
