I have a regular cycle of menstrual cycle but in 2nd day of period, I have a very heavy bleeding for 3-4 hours. I also have painful cramps & small clots & stomach bloating problem. I have done whole abdomen sonography 6 months back.

You need to go for repeat sonogarphy and have to compare with your previous report also.... After that you have to consult gynecologist... If your nearby gynecologist also do sonography then direct consult them.
