I had done myomectomy on April 18th 2017 in may I have got regular period and June also but in July no period and in August from 1st to 27th daily lite spotting bleed and from September 1st no period I have no adenomyosis I'm taking dienogest capsules from two months now what is the reason I'm not getting my period
