Do not take I pill blindly. It may lead to ectopic pregnancy which is very dangerous. So if you are having an active sexual relationship, you should start with OCP that is contraceptive pills . Taking regesterone for 21 days is safe for once but it is not a contraceptive. You have to use additional protection to prevent pregnancy. So it is better if you start taking contraceptive pills as ipill is very dangerous. If you take it repeatedly it can lead to a ectopic pregnancy.
