Period problem for my 11 year old daught

My daughter got first period last month. She got second period only 23 days including the day came first time. This time two - three days only few drops came.. After that two days normal flow. However after five days her flow is heaviest.. Today is 7th days but flow is very heaviest. Is this normal.. Please answer me.. Pls I have heard that after two years it will be normal.. Is this true??.. She is about to 11 years
