Period problem after 5months abortion

I was pregnant for 5mnths and on same month pregnancy had to do complete abortion due to sudden open of cervix. After that, i am having period issues like its coming in every 25 days but the period stays till 20-21 days. Now, i am on medication Deviry10mg, taking the same since 7days twice a day as doctor prescribed but still bleeding. Please assist anyone.
