From past 3 days my girlfriend having period pains but period is not coming period due date is 20,21 we had unprotected sex few weeks before but she has taken unwanted 72 is it only side effects or something else

I pill can cause delayed cycles irregular vaginal bleeding. Wait for 1more week and if no bleeding do urine pregnancy test.
