According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from period problem as menstrual disorder. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient to make correct diagnosis and then best treatment will be start. You should follow good lifestyle like take sufficient amount of water and take less spicy and fatty food and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.

you should do test like hormonal test and do ultrasonography of the whole abdomen with pelvic area to know the exact cause of that problem.

I don't think Metopar will be helpful for period pain coz it's a medication usually given for migraine..Kindly use Meftal spas if pain is unbearable..I advise you to not to completely rely on tablets rather focus on food habits and exercise.. Thankyou
